During the last few years, fashion has become a more and more part of her life and it now it has is one of her greatest passions. She likes to look feminine but with an edge. She says that she is still on the road in order to discover her personal style. So stay tuned Now check out the interview we did with her!

How did you get in touch with fashion?
I think probably during high school. As a little girl I always liked to
dress up fancy and to wow everyone. But it wasnt until high school when I
really got interested in fashion. I was at a certain age where I could shop
for myself. Even though I didnt always make the right styling choices I did
learn a lot from it.
Why do you have a fashion blog and for how long for?
To be honest I started my blog as an impulse. I started it with the idea
that it wasnt such a big deal. I live in Rotterdam and the people around me
already knew that fashion was my number one interest. But I think I wasnt
ready to show my view on fashion to the rest of the world. So, since August
2010, as impulse I can be sometimes, I made my blog that is now called
FemmeFatale. But it wasnt until November 2010 when I was really starting to take my blog seriously. I love my blog and its one of my most precious things. I am really happy I made the decision. Not only did I received some good feedback I have seen so many different blogs and styles and I know that there are many more to see!
What are your favourite blogs?
There are so many different blogs I like. From In Het Stilettos to Queen of
Hearts to VivaLuxury to Sincerely Jules. I will probably forget a few if I
would make a list right now. I also like Scandinavian blogs and blogs that
have an ethnic vibe.
What do you do in your “real” life?
I recently graduated and I will receive my Marketing & Communication
diploma! My school journey doesnt stop here though because from September
I will be studying International Communication & Media (in English) and try
to get my bachelors degree.
During the weekends I work at H&M here in Rotterdam and I will also be
working during the summer of course. I have been working there for almost
three years.

Do you have a favourite designer(s) or fashion icons?
Every season there seems to be a designer that catches my eye. This time it
was Marc Jacobs and Gucci, probably because of the color blocking trend
right now, haha! Just to answer the question I think I will have to go for
Diane von Furstenberg, Balmain, Chloe, Alexander Wang, Iris van Herpen and
many more!
I rather call the fashion icons one of my inspirations. I am totally loving
the styles of Kate Bosworth, Solange knowles, Olivia Palermo and Serena van
der Woodsen (yes from Gossip Girl).
Would you like to say anything else concerning your blog or in general?
Sometimes its hard to explain the meaning of your fashion blog to your
family and friends. Not all of them understand why I put so much effort of
taking pictures of myself and writing post.
This is just what I love to do and I will keep doing it! As long as I can
count on their support Im happy. And fortunately they are supportive.
I think what Im trying to is whatever your dream or hobby is, keep doing it
and dont be afraid to expose yourself and let the haters be haters, or I
would like to call them jealous fans!
