We cannot fathom ever feeling in shape enough to pose in what amounts to our underpants for the entire internet, but if Demi Lovatos bikini photo is any indication, it seems pretty affirming. Ive been working so hard to get healthy and fit.. I cant believe Im about to do this but Im so excited.., , along with a picture of herself in a two-piece. I never thought Id ever feel confident enough to ever to that. Im excited how far Ive come since being completely ashamed of my body. As she explained to 20/20 in April, Demi Lovatos meltdown last year came in part due to some some particularly horrible self-loathing; its good to see her feeling so positive. Said the actress, I want any girl/guy out there who struggles with body image or confidence to know that it IS possible to find peace with yourself. Of course, if inner peace also involves look insanely good in a white bikini, its hard to argue with results.
