Karlie Kloss for Victoria’s Secret, Jay-Z Occupies Wall Street

Theres no doubt that Karlie Kloss has become one of the most sought-after models in the last year. With runways shows for Christian Dior, Jean Paul Gaultier, Donna Karan, Lanvin, and Elie Saab under her belt, the 19-year-old St. Louis, MO beauty has now earned her wings as a Victorias Secret angel, having closed this years annual Victorias Secret fashion show. She also has, apparently, caught the eye of Leo DiCaprio, who has a history with former Victorias Secret angel, Gisele Bundchen. [The Cut]

Everyone thought Marc Jacobs had his foot in the door as the House of Diors next couturier. Unfortunately, those plans seem to have been kicked to the curb as negotiations have been moved over to other big-name designers like Alexander Wang, Jason Wu and Riccardo Tisci. Evidently, Jacobs was requesting that his Louis Vuitton design team also move with him to Dior, making chairman and CEO of LVMH, Bernard Arnault, have second thoughts. [Fashionologie]

The world of fashion e-commerce continues to expand, with Moda Operandi, the hot-ticket to right-off-the-runway fashions taking the lead. Since its launch in February of this year, its seen great and increasing success and, one of its latest successes has been the addition of two of fashions elite onto their team. The first being Roopal Patel, senior accessories director at Neiman Marcus and the second being Taylor Tomasi Hill, style and accessories director at Marie Claire. Patel will oversee merchandising as fashion director, while Tomasi Hill will oversee editorial components as artistic director. [The New York Times]
